Ellen Keith is the bestselling author of the novels The Dutch Orphan and The Dutch Wife. In 2016, The Dutch Wife won the HarperCollinsPublishersLtd/UBC Prize for Best New Fiction. She has an undergraduate degree in history with a focus on WWII/Holocaust Studies from the University of Alberta, as well as an MFA in creative writing from the University of British Columbia. Although she is originally from St. Albert, Canada, she has spent the past decade in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
